Important Deadline Dates:

Bookings are accepted beginning on Wednesday October 15 5:00 pm
EARLY BIRD SAVINGS! Pay in full on or prior to Friday November 7, 2025, 5pm and receive a 15% discount!
CHBA Northern BC members receive a 25% discount.
Please complete an Application & Agreement form and return with your DEPOSIT (50%) if booked prior to March 20, 2026, at 5pm. After this date/time, the full amount owed must accompany the application to be processed.
Vendor spaces must be paid in full on or before April 15, 2026.
