Northern Homecraft was started in April of 2011 by Shay Bulmer and Beau Jackson and became a Ltd. Corporation in 2012. Our company was developed to be a business that promotes values important to our families. The business model is based on quality work, respect and accountability. Northern Homecraft Ltd. continues to grow and strives to maintain our high standards of operation. We are geeks for building homes and love to continue educating ourselves about building science and quality/longevity by attending seminars, frequenting home shows and reading up on different ways to improve our craft. This has allowed us to add building energy efficient homes to our repertoire.

We are a fully licensed and insured business that is registered with BC Housing. This provides our clients with a full 2/5/10 year warranty. Please ask us what this entails or check it out online through BC Housing.

Northern Homecraft Ltd. was recently honoured to accept the 2019 Georgie Award for Best Certified Home – Custom! Along with having won the 2018 Northern BC Housing Awards of Excellence for Best Certified Home - Custom and Best Custom Home Valued $1,000,000+. Prior to these we were presented with the Vanderhoof Chamber of Commerce award of Excellence for Business of the Year 2015.

In 2017 Northern Homecraft Ltd. launched a fully licenced and bonded associate company, Homecraft Plumbing and Heating. Our operations Manager, Glenn, provides multiple services from new home construction, installations and repairs, and service calls.
